Delivery times and shipping costs are indicated during checkout and may vary depending on the delivery destination. Once the order has been dispatched, the customer will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, where available.

Returns

The customer has 14 calendar days after receiving the product to exercise the legal right of withdrawal. To exercise this right, the customer must contact us within this period and clearly state the decision to withdraw from the purchase. The product must be returned within 14 days after the withdrawal request.

Please note the following conditions for returns:

• For hygiene and safety reasons, sealed fragrance and candle products cannot be returned if they have been opened after delivery.
• Returned products must be unused, unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
• The customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the product, unless the product received was faulty or incorrect.

Refunds will be processed after the returned product has been received and inspected.
